ICBM Bank
Been awhile since you upgraded your technology?
TechXpo’s ICBM Bank Shows You How
Wondering where to start on your bank’s technology upgrade? Still trying to figure out how to get the most from the last “hot” product you purchased?
Then TechXpo’s the spot for you, and it all starts with ICBM Bank. You’ll experience the work flow from the time a customer enters the concierge-style area until the files are backed up at night. You’ll learn how security is a foundation for the entire process. You’ll see branch capture, merchant capture, document imaging, remote data backup, and unified messaging.
Companies participating in ICBM Bank include Banker’s Equipment Service, CFC Technology Corp., Fiserv, HTG Architects, LarsonAllen, Network Center Inc., S&T Office Products, and SHAZAM. The Bank will show you how the integration of well-planned design and technology features can create a positive approach to customer service, increase your bank’s efficiency, and add more money to your bottom line.
During TechXpo’s two-day run, tours will be conducted through the Bank, and you will also be part of staged “events” that will show you solutions to some of today’s key banking issues.
HTG Architects will showcase the concierge banking component of their Ultimate Relationship Experience concept featuring a concierge station with a cash recycler, related graphics, and signage. The company can help banks achieve a new level of relationship banking through practical and innovative customer relationship solutions. They will also share knowledge of the cost-saving and customer service rewards in a setting encouraging questions, demonstration, and execution. S & T Office Products is providing furniture and accessories to pull everything together to ensure a positive customer experience.
Banker’s Equipment Service will showcase Harland Financial Solutions’ EZTeller Enterprise Edition, bank centric in design using a single SQL database. Emphasized product capabilities will include teller journal, Instant Host Inquiry, CTR consolidated cash transactions, and memo posting. They will also feature the Glory RBU-11 Currency Recycler that dispenses, accepts, sorts by denomination, and stores currency transactions through a single source, and functions as a teller cash drawer. The equipment is designed to increase teller productivity and reduce expenses.
CFC Technology will show the utilization of Branch Capture which allows banks to capture check images at their branches instead of at a central site. The images feed an image server throughout the day so that real-time transaction research is available from any bank PC. This also enables banks to eliminate couriers and local microfilming, and many banks extend their deposit cut-off times and benefit from lower operation costs.
CFC will also showcase Remote Data Storage with the SafetyVAULTTM solution that electronically stores and transfers data offsite. This eliminates the need for backup tapes. The proprietary data replication process optimizes data and uses a unique hardware appliance to store data both locally and remotely. This allows banks to use their existing backup software to create a local archive and utilize fast recovery along with redundant offsite storage.
Fiserv will feature its PCS Vision Core Banking System utilizing Windows® .NET Smart Client technology, PCS Vision™. It offers customization and efficiency at the user level, better integration of desktop applications, better efficiency in release deployment and improved reporting capabilities. The solution is available as an in-house or outsourced solution and includes modules for account management, eCommerce, document management, image exchange, risk management, compliance, and branch automation.
Fiserv will also exhibit its PCS Director Document Management System that manages pieces of information or documents, including reports, check images, statements, notices, and emails, providing organizations with the ability to build easily an accessible and comprehensive information repository. Users can view check images, scanned documents, and statements from the core application.
Network Center along with Cisco will display Unified Communication Solutions that focus on the needs of financial institutions. The platform supports application delivery software for e-learning, integrated contact distribution, IP services, customer self-service, collaboration server, video conferencing, and unified messaging.
LarsonAllen will showcase IT security applications, and SHAZAM will display the latest in ATMs.
